Intel
The Intel workspace gathers Hawkline's financial and geopolitical intelligence views. Each view answers one precise question, and lays out the indicators you need to act on it.
Two registers
Intel views read in two families, and you should be able to tell them apart at first glance.
Desk editorial products — Theses, Brief. The desk writes, you read. Theses are a permanent track record of directional calls and Polymarket convictions; the brief is the day's editorial note on the events that matter.
Views computed on the data — Trend matrix, COT, Macro, Micro, FX, News, TDI, Markets. Synthetic reads, refreshed continuously off the Hawkline data lake. This is where positioning, macro, flow, operational tape and microstructure meet.

Shared anatomy
Every view breaks down into the same three zones.
The view header — above the page, to the right of the view selector. Filters and parameters: time window, asset classes, thresholds, sort mode. The selection persists across pages where that makes sense (the Markets window, the Macro country selection…). A workspace's global filters don't contaminate the others: what you filter on News doesn't touch TDI.
The top strip — under the header, full width. Always two blocks side by side: a visual recap on the left (ribbon, aggregated KPIs, regime pulse), and a panel of clickable KPIs on the right that lay lenses over the content below. A lens doesn't filter the strip's own numbers; it filters only the main zone, so the overall diagnosis stays readable.
The main zone — table, tile grid or matrix, depending on the view. Clicking a row / tile / cell opens a detailed drawer on the right. Some views accept several drawers at once (COT, Trend matrix, Micro) — handy for comparing.
Shared conventions
Once you have these, they hold everywhere in Intel.
Color code. Green above the baseline or above zero, red below. Amber
for the intermediate warning zone. Blue is neutral. Each asset class has
its own hue (FX, METALS, COMMODITY, INDEX, BOND, CRYPTO), and
you'll find it again on chips, pills and ribbon segments.
Importance pills. CRITICAL · HIGH · MEDIUM · LOW · INFO. Verbatim. The color is consistent across views — what is CRITICAL on News is CRITICAL everywhere.
Velocity and lenses. Several views expose a velocity (BREAKING,
ELEVATED, Spike, Rising) and quick lenses (Movers, Whales,
Volatile, Breaking, Alerts, Golden). Lenses stack with the filters;
a second click lifts them. While a lens is active, the main zone's title
says so (X/Y · lens: …).
Snapshots and freshness. When something is computed live, the header carries a UTC time pill. When it comes from a daily snapshot, the snapshot date appears on the right. COT is weekly (the CFTC publishes on Friday for Tuesday's position); News, Markets and TDI refresh automatically every 30–60 seconds; the other views are recomputed on load.
Drawers. Click to open, close with Esc, with the ×, or with
another click on the same row. Where several drawers are supported at once,
Esc closes the most recent.
Links to other views. When a cell, a badge or a mover in your current view has a natural continuation elsewhere, the page says so.
