Terms of Service

These terms of service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Hawkline Vision service (the "Service"), operated by Hawkline Vision LLC (Wyoming, USA — see Legal Notice).
By subscribing, you ("you") acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
Hawkline Vision is a financial markets and geopolitical risk intelligence terminal, provided as software-as-a-service. The Service comprises two components:
- Monitor — real-time world map of geopolitical, economic and market events, with stackable data layers and convergence zones.
- Intel — daily briefings, desk theses, multi-asset trend matrix, Polymarket data, COT positioning, macro scorecards, and other proprietary scores and signals.

Hawkline Vision LLC reserves the right to evolve the Service (adding, modifying or removing features) without such changes constituting a material modification of these Terms, provided the overall nature and value of the Service are preserved.
2. Disclaimer — Not financial advice
The Service is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, a personal recommendation, a solicitation to buy or sell, or tax or legal advice.
Hawkline Vision LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker, or portfolio manager. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and the associated risks. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading and investing in financial markets involves a significant risk of capital loss.
3. Registration and account
Access to the Service requires creating an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity carried out from your account.
The account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials or making the Service available to a third party will result in immediate termination of the subscription without refund.
4. Subscription, pricing and payment
The subscription is offered on a monthly or annual basis, at the prices shown on the subscription page, in euros inclusive of all taxes.
Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. Hawkline Vision LLC does not store any payment card data.
The subscription automatically renews at the end of each subscription period for an identical new period at the same price, unless cancelled beforehand.
5. No right of withdrawal
The Service consists of the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the performance of which begins immediately upon validation of the subscription, with instant access to the content.
Under article L. 221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 221-18 does not apply to this type of contract.
By validating your subscription, you:
- expressly request immediate performance of the Service before the end of the 14-day period, and
- expressly waive your right of withdrawal for the digital content supplied as of subscription.
Accordingly, no right of withdrawal may be exercised once the subscription has been validated and access to the Service has been opened.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your customer portal (Stripe customer portal) or by writing to contact@brieuctrader.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is due for the current period. Your access to the Service is maintained until the end of the paid period.
7. Refunds
Given the absence of a right of withdrawal referred to in section 5, amounts paid for the subscription are non-refundable, including in the event of early cancellation.
Any goodwill refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
8. Legal warranty of conformity
Under articles L. 224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Service is warranted against defects of conformity throughout the duration of the subscription. To exercise this warranty, contact contact@brieuctrader.com.
9. Availability and maintenance
Hawkline Vision LLC uses reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of the Service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or in the event of force majeure.
10. Personal data
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual property
All content accessible through the Service (briefings, theses, analyses, derived data, interfaces) is the exclusive property of Hawkline Vision LLC. The subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use, limited to the duration of the subscription.
Any reproduction, redistribution, resale or commercial exploitation of the content is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the liability of Hawkline Vision LLC is limited to the amount actually paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
Hawkline Vision LLC shall not be liable for investment decisions taken on the basis of information distributed via the Service, or for any financial losses arising therefrom.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country of habitual residence of the consumer where applicable.

14. Changes
Hawkline Vision LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any material change will be notified to you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
