This policy describes how Hawkline Vision LLC ("we") processes your personal data when you use the Hawkline Vision service (the "Service").
We process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") when you reside in the European Economic Area.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) — we are not subject to this obligation.
2. Data collected
We collect only the data strictly necessary for the operation of the Service:

We do not collect any payment card data. Payment information (card number, etc.) is entered and stored directly by Stripe.

We do not use your data for advertising profiling or for resale to third parties.
4. Recipients
Your data may be shared with the following sub-processors, acting on our behalf:
- Stripe, Inc. (USA) — payment processing and billing
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — Service hosting and server logs
No data is transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Some of our sub-processors (notably Stripe) are located in the United States. These transfers are governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (art. 46 GDPR) or, where applicable, by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
6. Retention period
- Account data: for the duration of the subscription, then deleted within 12 months after termination.
- Invoices and accounting data: 10 years from issuance, in accordance with accounting and tax obligations.
- Server logs: standard retention period of the host (Hetzner), generally a few weeks maximum.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access to your data
- Rectification of inaccurate data
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction of processing
- Portability of your data
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interest

8. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies for the operation of the Service:
- authentication cookie (login session)
- technical cookies related to the payment provider (Stripe)
These cookies do not require your prior consent under the ePrivacy Directive.
We do not use any advertising cookies or behavioural analytics tools without your consent.
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures (TLS encryption, access control, backups) to protect your data against unauthorised access, modification or destruction.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated. Any material change will be notified to you by email. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
